FERNANDEZ CLUBOUSE

Initially conceived as a simple family retreat, the Fernandez Clubhouse ultimately materialized into a three-story tower, meticulously designed to fulfill distinct purposes on each level while offering an enhanced western vista framed by the setting sun during both summer and winter equinoxes. Nestled atop a sloping terrain with commanding views of the Yadkin River, this clubhouse ingeniously allocates its space through cantilevered floors that are based on the sun’s setting angles.

MULTI-LEVEL FUN

The ground floor serves as a practical haven for kayak storage and tractor parking, ensuring easy access to the river and the fields below. Ascending to the main level, one is greeted by a picturesque setting made accessible only by footbridge, ideal for routine exercise and meditation. Finally, the top floor, which is only accessible by an internal/external spiral staircase, transforms into an inviting hangout hosting fortunate guests, and promising unforgettable views and a good time.

ROOFTOP VIEWS

Crowning the structure, the rooftop emerges as the ultimate perch, offering a front-row seat to amazing sunsets and brilliant starry nights. This multifaceted clubhouse stands as a testament to the vision of a modern family retreat and showcases an exquisite embodiment of architectural finesse, where every floor has a distinct purpose, and nature's beauty is constantly on display.
